The focus of these programs is to improve the earning potential of our aspirants through skill building and empowerment socio-economic initiatives focussing on three key areas of development

Enhancing employable skills and soft skills development in a holistic manner developing key skill sets for employability is what these sustainable training programs focus on. Individuals from financially challenged communities enrol and are trained at the Foundation Centre in collaboration with reputed technical and knowledge partners, to become self-dependent and improve their standards of living to ensure sustainability.

About Ishanya Foundation

Ishanya Foundation is a Registered Trust under the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950, April 2006.

We conduct several outreach programs in the areas of Women Empowerment, Livelihood programmes, Health & Education in the urban areas of Pune and the villages around Taloja, in Raigad District.

We aim to help create self reliant & self sufficient youth, pre-dominantly women, farmers & their families in & around all locations, where we operate. We also network & develop linkages with like minded NGOs & International social organisations, Central & State Government to give added value to our endeavour of developing livelihood programs & secondary source of income programs.
